Individual Ballet and Contemporary Dance Coaching

| Individual online coaching for dancers seeking technical and artistic growth, greater body awareness, and authentic expression through dance. A session does not always need to last a full hour. Short, focused sessions of 30 to 45 minutes allow dancers time to apply corrections, integrate new concepts, and return with questions and visible progress. Whether you are refining your technique, preparing for a performance, competition, or audition, developing your artistry, or seeking individual guidance, each session is tailored to your personal goals. Individual mentoring is also available for dance teachers who wish to develop their teaching practice, receive professional feedback, or explore specific pedagogical and artistic questions. |
Sessions are available in English and German.

1.3 Next Step Bonus
| +30 BONUS MINUTES | Book the Growth Package within 30 days after the competition and receive 30 additional coaching minutes free of charge. Pay for 180 minutes and receive a total of 210 minutes of coaching. The full package, including the bonus minutes, may be divided into 30-, 45-, or 60-minute sessions and is valid for six months from the date of purchase. |

Individual mentoring for new and experienced dance teachers who would like to develop their teaching practice, receive professional feedback, or explore specific pedagogical and artistic questions.

All teacher mentoring packages are valid for six months from the date of purchase.
3. Booking and Scheduling
To book a coaching or mentoring package:
